This stuff is so good for when you're working… as long as you don't get fish on your keyboard, then you're in trouble!

New Method for Ourmedia Uploading
Media
This looks great. I've had so many problems with the Ourmedia Uploader in the past with files that get uploaded to the Interent Archives but never get their own page on Ourmedia. Hopefully this tool will solve these problems.
Now if only they had text instructions not a gigantic tutorial flash animation that I can't download before it times out.
Good news, our media now has a new publisher available for download. The SpinXpress Publisher for Ourmedia is brought to you by one of our partners “Outthink”.
After you’ve opened an account and have the software installed on your system, be sure to view the demo below. You’ll see exactly what you need to do in order to upload your media to ourmedia.

Ramtil Oil
InternetOh, you want to know what Ramtil oil is do you?
Ramtil oil is used mainly in cooking but also for lighting. In India it is pressed from the seed of Guizotia oleifera of the family Asteraceae whilst a very similar oil is made in Africa from G. abyssinica.
There you go, now you can't say you don't learn anything from this blog.

Sushi and Sashimi Addicition
Thoughts
I used to think I liked Sushi and Sashimi.
Then I thought I really liked it.
Now that I've started dreaming about it and having it sometimes twice a day, I think addiciton is probably a more fitting term!
Kevin (my room mate) and I just came back from a Sushi Bar in Northgate (shopping centre in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, as the name implies) for my fourth serve of the stuff in one and a half days. My favourites by far are the salmon sashimi and sushi with tuna. The sushi with avocado atop the seaweed is also tantalising, but can be a tad filling after you've had a few!
I think I'm training myself to take a bit more heat too, the Rubenerd Wasabi/SoySauce Ratio is narrowing every time, though I make sure to only dab a minute amount on as not to smother the flavour of the sashimic goodness.
The girls at the sushi bars here are very friendly and nice too, haha!
Beautiful Morning
Thoughts
In stark contrast to yesterday when insomnia ruined my whole day, today I had 9 hours of sleep, and woke up at 6:00am to a beautiful sunrise. The sky is very overcast and the mercury is sitting on about 12 degrees C, but the air is crisp and there are birds chirping in the trees. I'm sitting here with my MacBook Pro looking out the opened window with a steaming cup of coffee, and life is great!
Perhaps I'm just having a high in my biploar cycle, but whatever it is I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts! I love this world!
